Mr Mark Tighe and Trinity College Dublin Whether Trinity College Dublin was justified in refusing access to records relating to the decision to close the Science Gallery Dublin (Science Gallery) on the basis of sections 29(1), 36(1)(b) and 36(1)(c) of the FOI Act. Read more
Mr Mark Tighe and Trinity College Dublin The Senior Investigator annulled the decision of TCD and directed the release of the records in question. Read more
Mr C and Department of Justice The Senior Investigator varied the decision of the Department. He found that it was not justified in refusing access, under sections 32(1)(a), 32(1)(b), or 37(1) to the names of judges who were appointed to and/or removed from the Special Criminal Courts and the specific Courts in which they hold or held office.
